The agenda of the Congress covers a wide range of issues, including both innovations in scientific research and modern educational technologies in the digital era. The organizers of the Congress are the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

Goals and objectives
The program will include a plenary session, expert and discussion panels, exhibitions of educational and scientific projects, masterclasses, and training sessions. A rich program has been prepared, addressing the main challenges and opportunities for science and education across the Commonwealth of Independent States.
As part of the Congress, an essay competition among school students of CIS member states will be held on the topic “Courage and Heroism of the Young Generation in Wartime” (inspired by B. Vasiliev’s novel “His Name Was Not Listed”), dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The results of the competition will be announced at the plenary session on October 30, 2025. Based on the outcomes of the Congress, specific recommendations will be developed for government authorities and educational institutions of the region.
